Tryouts will be held THIS SUNDAY September 9th from 11 am to 2 pm in the Z-Center Gymnastics Room and T-Club Lounge.
All those trying out will be rated on their ability to learn and perform a set of cheers, dance choreography, jumps, and a short interview.
Remember, no prior experience is required to join the team!
Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. Bring water and a snack. No jewelry. Hair should be tied back.

Whether you were too busy to Cheer during Undergrad or are looking for a new hobby, MIT Cheer wants you!
If you do have prior Cheer/Dance/Gymnastics experience and would like to have a forum of growth and challenges, as well as join a new, exciting community, we are interested in meeting you! However, if you are new to Cheer, please know that you do not need prior experience to try out! We are an instructional team and no experience is required to join because we will teach you everything you need to know. As such, everyone is invited to join in our practices at any time to see if Cheerleading is something you would like to pursue.
We are so excited to be conditioning this summer at the MIT Outdoor Track every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:30-9pm! We are welcoming everyone — both returning members and new recruits — to join us in working on our fitness in preparation for the Fall 2012 MIT Football Season!
