Sign Up For Fall 2012 Try-Outs!

Tryouts will be held THIS SUNDAY September 9th from 11 am to 2 pm in the Z-Center Gymnastics Room and T-Club Lounge.
All those trying out will be rated on their ability to learn and perform a set of cheers, dance choreography, jumps, and a short interview.
Remember, no prior experience is required to join the team!
Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. Bring water and a snack. No jewelry. Hair should be tied back.

Yesterday, we held Official Try-Outs for Upperclassmen Recruits who have been joining the squad all summer long for weekly intense physical conditioning and participated in our first-ever MIT Cheer Day! During Try-Outs, our recruits were assessed on their ability to perform game cheers and choreography as well as their attitude during a personal interview.

We wanted to thank everyone who participated for their dedication and hard work all summer, at Cheer Camp, and Try-Outs. We had a pleasure working with and getting to know each and every one of them, and look forward to growing with them as a team this season.

We are so excited to be conditioning this summer at the MIT Outdoor Track every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:30-9pm! We are welcoming everyone — both returning members and new recruits — to join us in working on our fitness in preparation for the Fall 2012 MIT Football Season!
